I know it’s not related to Indonesia at all, but let me talk about Singapore for now. Around a year and a half ago, I participated in an event related to the HenNeko anime. I accidentally forgot my camera, so I borrowed one from my editor. Right when I was fidgeting around with it late at night in the hotel lobby, I found a picture of a woman right at the beginning of the camera roll. Then, the owner, who was sitting next to me, frantically stole it from me.
Editor: “Did you… see that?”
Sagara: “Nope.”
Editor: “You totally did, right?”
Sagara: “I really didn’t.”
Editor: “No need to lie. Just be honest.”
Sagara: “I seriously did not.”
This interrogation continued for around an hour. It might have been two. Since he had stolen the camera from me so quickly, I could barely make out that the woman appeared to be a human, but that was about it.
Since he was panicking like that, I figured it had to be a picture very important to him. Besides, I figured I knew the woman. That made things quite easy, since we barely knew any women.

It was a great memory from Singapore. At this time, my editor has gone off and is getting married to the girl in the picture. What pure love.
