If there weren’t the many people who supported me during the duration of writing this book, then it surely wouldn’t have given the current form that it is, and express the Vtuber community’s passion that I’ve been blown away by.

To start off, I would like to give gratitude to the online friends that’s been with me for a long time. Thank you for watching over me when I was writing this. For being there for me kindly, you were the support that allowed me to persevere. And my editor, Kobayashi-san, there is no limit to my gratitude to you. You fell in love with my bomb-shell of a manuscript when I first brought it in and led to the publication it is today. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me discover the core of the story. The proofreaders and management too, thank you for working with me. Also, Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, thank you for allowing me to release my book in the best place possible.

I have so many thanks for the selection committee for Fantasy Bunko for allowing my book, the jewel of my hard work, to be awarded the Fantasia Bunko 35th Grand Prize. Thank you very much. Also, the illustrator in charge of my work, Tiv, thank you for being in charge of, in various meanings, providing killing-illustrations in this illustrator-killing work. I was happy when I received the permission from her, but also felt sorry about the same time for the many illustrations required for the book. While saying that, when I received the rough, “This is the first draft”, I was overwhelmed with such emotional feelings while being bedazzled by the stunning illustrations.

Now, in regards to the book, I believe that Vtuber-related books can be a bridge to real-life and the virtual world Vtuber’s culture. Especially in this era, where the streamer crosses over the border of virtual, granting us dreams and hope. I have actually benefited from this, allowing for my dream to come true. I have so much gratitude to the people who made this culture possible.

Your Oshis and your viewers was the reason why I was able to accomplish my dream. In order to show the fun side of the Vtuber culture, I will do my best through my writings.
