Thank you very much for picking up the second short-story collection of BokuBen, [Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai – Timetable of the Inexperienced]. Thankfully to everyone’s support, we were allowed to publish a second volume. In the previous afterword, I jokingly said that we should do a second volume of us, but think it would actually be granted…
This time around, we have all your favorite BokuBen characters acting like they always do, and I had a blast reading this, even as the original creator! Thank you very much for taking the time to write this during your busy days, Hamubane-sensei! I am very thankful!
As before, I took care of the illustrations, and used it with the digital drawing equipment that I’m not very used to. It’ll surely take me some time, but eventually I’ll get the hang of it, I’m sure. But anyway, at this rate, we might just do a third volume of this, Hamubane-sensei! (lol)
Hamubane
Hello everyone, this is Hamubane. I was tasked with writing the main text for this second BokuBen short-story collection. I am truly honored that I was given another opportunity to write for this series again.
This time around, I challenged a certain genre for the first time, and it was quite a lot of trouble. However, when I was thinking of this being part of the BokuBen universe, then it became a lot easier for me. I would be very happy if you enjoyed it as much as I did.
On a different topic, around the time this volume releases, I will be releasing two other novels under my ‘Hamubane’ name under the Fantasia Bunko and HJ Bunko publishers, so I would be delighted if you were to check it out. Both of them are romcom novels.
Onwards to my thanks. Most important to mention are Tsuitsui Taishi-sensei, and all the wonderful people who are working on the second season, as they provided checks and illustrations on this work. Next up, I want to start with my editor R-sama, as well as everyone who helped with the creation of this book.
